In Beyond the Walls, a second-person interactive story, you wake up as a survivor in a vacant, dirty, and mysterious facility with limited resources and, most of all, your personal judgement skills.

"Rest in Peace"

Transmedia

A transmedia project designed for the fictional short film, "Rest in Peace," which consists of a website, an e-mail autoreply, a voicemail message, and a social media page. This project is designed for readers/viewers to get a deeper look into the protagonist's character by interacting with her stressful personal and social life directly.

"The Mansion That Breathes"

Game Cutscene Script / 14 pages

In "The Mansion That Breathes," Charlotte, a timid high-schooler, struggles to escape a murderous monster and protect her loved ones. This is a script that contains all of the cinematic cutscenes in the game.

"Embrace"

A/V Script / 2 pages

A two-page A/V script that advertises a fake product, "Embrace," which is a device that produces stress-relieving stimulations (electrical currents) to the hands when squeezed. This was made for a portfolio course at Full Sail University to demonstrate screenwriting, copywriting, and storytelling elements.

Beyond the Walls (Video Game)

Pitch document / 15 pages

A fifteen-page pitch document that describes various components of a video game, such as characters, gameplay, story, etc.. Beyond the Walls is a survival-horror, adventure game with third-person shooter and platforming gameplay that explores the message of building trust. This was made for a portfolio course at Full Sail University to demonstrate technical writing, storytelling, game design, and worldbuilding elements.

Scope Out

Game Design Document / 29 pages

A twenty-nine-page Game Design Document (GDD) that details the elements of a card game, such as concept, gameplay, rules, and user interface. Up to four players draw from a card pile and use meaningful choices to win the game; these choices can range from using special cards, skipping turns, or rearranging the card piles. This was made for a portfolio course at Full Sail University to demonstrate technical writing and game design.
